“I go to Sutton Coldfield Amplifon & was very hesitant about hearing aids but thankfully I seen a lovely lady called Reena who was so patient & understanding with me. She made my experience much easier and is very professional yet friendly. I sometimes just turn up if I have an issue and Im always seen which is fabulous. I would be lost without my hearing aids and I thank Reena for her help and always willing to go the extra mile”

“I have had the pleasure of having Abby from Keswick Amplifon for over a year look after my hearing loss. She is very professional and pleasant. She listens to my needs and then adjusts my hearing aids. She then makes sure I am happy with the results before I leave her office. I look forward to my appointments with her.”

“I have to say that Mohammed from the Blackburn branch has been attending to me in Lytham and I can’t praise him highly enough.Apart from fitting me with my new hearing aid with which I’m delighted, He is the most efficient,Kindest and patient audiologist I have ever encountered. I’m only sorry that he is not permanently working in Lytham. I also would mention that the past audiologists I have had have always Given me the best of attention. Thank you Amplifon .”

“I went to Top Ryde NSW Amplifon branch for hearing aids. Their audiologist Anjali Joseph helped me to choose the best and most suitable hearing aid for me. Anjali is really an angel. She is kind, accurate, fast, polite, very patient, and conscientious. I appreciate her and I hope Amplifon appreciates her too. I recommend everybody Amplifon especially the Top Ryde City Shopping Centre Branch.”

“I recently visited the Amplifon office in Niagara Falls, ON and had a very pleasant experience. I was tested by Kathy Folino and she was very pleasant and professional throughout the testing. She inquired about my work history and due to my work in woodworking shops she suggested that we apply for Worker's Compensation and it was approved. She was very helpful with the setup of my hearing aids and I'm very happy with my improved hearing. Thank you.”

“Really helpful and polite and kind , especially with my elderly Mother. The Staff in the Yeovil branch of Amplifon were very helpful and had a lot of patience with my elderly Mother who suffers Dementia. No hard sale or pressure! I would recommend this store.”

“WELL, DONE AMPLIFON After many years and two companies trying to fit me with hearing aids that were not uncomfortable to wear and did not irritate my inner ear not to mention adjustment to suit different noise situations, I decided to try Amplifon. After all the moral test that I had had before plus 2 test that I had never experienced before I had problem believing what I really what could hear with what was recommended. I now have my hearing aids. They are much smaller than the others and are a pleasure to use the settings are brilliant, do not irritate the inner ear and I am not fiddling with them when I change my location or environment. The first day I wore them for 8 1/2 hours and it was like living in a normal world again, no adjustments or fiddling with them at all and I no longer must use the high volume setting on my phone and all settings and adjustments can be done on my phone if needed. Day 2 they have been fitted for 12 hours I have lowered the volume setting from 5 to 3, phone calls are a pleasure to experience again with moral volume again and I can be up the yard and my mobile rings I can hear it ringing. Thank you Amplifon and the staff at Eagleby Qld. Cliff. Hodgson”

“I would not hesitate to recommend the Walsall branch of Amplifon for their all round excellent level of service. Reception is courteous and efficient. The Audiologist is most helpful, patient, professional in every respect and eager to help and advise wherever possible. The hearing aids have fully met the needs of my personal hearing problem since I am able to make use of the full flexibility of their design via my mobile phone. Well Done!”

“I have just had my second annual hearing check at Amplifon, Ayr, Scotland. From the time I walked into the clinic to the time I left I was made to feel at ease and every stage of the consultation on both visits was clearly explained to me before anything was done. Both members of staff were welcoming and friendly. On the basis of the two visits made to Amplifon, Ayr, I would have no qualms about recommending this clinic to anyone suffering hearing loss and looking for a reliable practitioner.”

“I had a appointment today at the Oldham store with Kevin , I was greeted by the receptionist who was very welcoming and she offered me a drink on arriving , I was then shown into Kevin’s office for my hearing test, he explained thoroughly how he would be testing my hearing, he was friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend this company,”

“I made app with Mr.Graham Mair from Amplifon Shandwick Pl Edinburgh to carry out hearing test on myself at my home. Graham carried out full test and discussed everything in full with no pressure. He fitted two sample hearing aids and the difference was unbelievable. I decided to purchase 2 hearing aid, and never regretted getting them, I was always in denying that my hearing aids not as good. Graham has been excellent with me checking if any adjustments were needed. I would recommend Amplifon to anyone requiring hearing tests . T. Smart”
