“The customer service and support at Epping store are fantastic and one of the main reasons I shop at AMR. The new website is disappointing in the fact that I couldn't see what items were in stock at Epping and what needed to be shipped to my address. I had to take all day going back and forth with online customer support, then with the store emailing my cart to see what was available for collection. Your shipping cost was a ridiculous $131! So those things need improvement for sure!! It is a huge time waster for myself, and the staff resulting in AMR missing out on sales because of the high shipping cost.”

With our AMR website we are always finding ways to improve and make it user-friendly, we have recently implemented a "Store Stock Availability" on each product page to advise if the desired store has the item available before adding it to your cart. I hope this helps you with future ordering as we improve the website with more features coming soon.
