“I received my order and something was missing from the parcel. I called to ask for a replacement. The customer service assistant wasn't rude, but she seemed to be sound as if I had inconvenienced her with my problem. I was expecting an apology for the inconvenience and to be assured that my new order would be sent out with urgency. I was then surprised when the delivery man turned up at my door the same day. It was great the service was so fast, but I was only given about 30 minutes notice by email (which was unfortunately sent straight to junk, so I did not see it), so I had not packed the other stool up ready for him, and it was lucky I was even home. Customer service could just do with a little work, but delivery was very good and the chair is great other than the fact I am struggling to get the backrest on by myself and I would've loved a paper copy of instructions so I knew I was doing everything correctly.”

The girls at the counter treated me like an absolute criminal with so much attitude asking if I had an account there. I informed them I didn't but I had a hair mart card. They laughed In my face and rudely said do I have an ABN. I assured them I did and gave them all my details. I didn't like how I was treated and will not be going back again. I understand there are customers that are not hairdressers and may buy products that are not trained to use. But they need to treat people a little kindly.”
