“i thought carl was very friendly helped us through the process of buying the van kept us filled with tea no bikkies ,,,, but very good at his job nothing was to much trouble so overall im very happy and i know who to contact next time i need a van i also had to come in to have a repair on my van this week carl had it all sorted out when we arrived on site in the morning all work was carried out very well so im again pleased with all aspects of carls help thanks m, smith ,,”

“First class service from you , Carl was on rest days just before delivery so i had to ring and ask someone else about delivery which was not a problem but just lacked a bit of personal service .apart from that the van arrived on time as promised in a excellent presented state !!! I think a phone call a week or so after delivery to see if i was happy with everything would of been a nice touch and perhaps could be something to do in future !!! Your company was recommended to me and i would surly use you again !!!”

“Carl dealt with our purchase very efficiently. He was going on holiday the day after we viewed our van and left all the hand over details for a colleague to deal with. This was done smoothly . Upon his return we had a query regarding the tax for our van, with which he again dealt with efficiently, However we were told that the van had been MOT'd till September next year but up until now we have not received a copy of the certificate. This is the only 'glitch' in our experience with Anchor Vans. Overall we were very pleased with our visit and satisfied with the van.”

“I do not feel confident in the purchase that we have made, a lot of faults with the van including cracked windscreen, damaged tyre and broken lock all out of the remit of anchor vans after we drove the van off their forecourt.”

“I bought a 2012 transit van in good condition . Chris was very helpful with the purchase so far the van is working fine I just need to buy a new fuel filter for it . Other than that great van. I will return for my next van thank you.”

“I have had contact with anchor vans regarding the purchase of 5 Vans and the service has been first class every time. The service teem in particular have been so professional and helpful with sorting out a few minor problems with my van so well done eve and Adrian and a big well done to anchor vans for sales and after sales service”
