“I took the plunge and bought a digital piano package after much research. When I had checked out an item in the package was out of stock with an expected arrival of 6 weeks afterwards. No contact from Andertons for over a week, so I emailed to ask when my order would be dispatched. I was advised that as I had purchased through a finance package that I had to confirm if I wanted the package split - of course you'd at least hope after placing a £600 order that the largest item would be with you within 6 weeks, so I agreed. 4 months later and I'm still waiting for a stand, a stand that Andertons are still taking 'pre-orders' for. Now expected in May! 5 months after my initial order. I needed this stand for workshops to be able to get a wheelchair under. As it stands (or doesn't) I have a digital piano propped up on 2 side tables. Andertons state they will contact you closer to expected arrival of products but, they don't.”
