“I've a very bad experience with andsons. I've ordered 3 items but i only received 1 item about 4 to 5 days after. I tried to call, email and WhatsApp but no one reply me as to why i only receive 1 item. Eventually i went to the office only to find out that they are out of stocks and would promise to send me it arrive the week after. However i only to receive 1 more item. I'm tired to call them up again. I will wait another week before going to their office again. No customer service will inform you about your order status and you'll never ever able to get their reply. Sigh... With such experience, will you going to recommend anyone?”

Seems like they are free immediately only when they want your money, once they've taken your money, please wait for 1 week for them to respond to you on any issues faced”

“The product itself is good, but I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I made a purchase on 12/12/2023 but decided to cancel when I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong product. Despite reaching out via chat and email immediately, I received no response for several days. My attempts to contact them through the hotline were also unsuccessful, with no replies. After about 4-5 days, I finally received a call from someone at the company, who identified as a doctor. He questioned why I needed to purchase a prescription product. I explained the situation, and he agreed to cancel my order for a refund. However, I did not receive any confirmation email from them. Every day, I had to check my bank account, and finally, on 28/12/2023, I received the refund. My recent experience was not good at all.”
