“Unfortunately delivery was so bad, and the response was not very hospitable from the service support team with only template answers. I had missed the chance to give the item as a gift for a birthday. I would most certainly want someone from &Sons to reach out and convince me if I should continue to support this brand. If indeed the products are as good as what they claim to be , equally important is the customer service behind it. Remember, if a customer is willing to put so much words into a reply, it really means, this experience is is meaningful to the customer. Try again &Sons, you got this.”

“I like that the delivery was fast and I could keep track of the package. The customer service was was reactive and would keep me in the loop, but i didn't like that there was items out of stock and they didn't inform me when I was purchasing it from the website. Currently still taking the supplements, so have to wait a while to see if it helps.”

“I've been using &sons Shampoo & conditioner for 3 weeks now and it feels very refreshing. It leaves a really good scent and my hair feels healthy. Paired together with the topical solution, I am feeling positive and hopeful. The DHT blocker has no negative side effects so far and I am looking forward to seeing a noticeable result in 3 months. Packaging and presentation of prodect feels very premium for the price and the support/consultation provided makes you feel seen and cared for. I plan to continue using this product.”

“I had a hair fall problem due to covid-19 vaccine and my scalp became flaky but not itchy, or what is known as scalp psoriasis. Decided to try &.Sons shampoo and serum before I go for corticosteroid & minoxidil as my last resort, I was lucky that it works really well. Hardly see anymore hair on my bathroom floor after washing my hair like before and even though the scalp psoriasis still there, it improve a lot now.”
