Customer Service Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund You — Please update your info ive been waiting for 1month and half lool Customer Service What date did you return the parcel to us You — Please update your info she never arrived 14/3 Customer Service I believe when you placed your order the address was incorrectly supplied by yourself, therefore, did not arrive to you? Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, when you placed your order you supplied an incorrect address. This is not something we are able to change as the information is supplied electronically direct from the information you provide our website when you place your order online. As we advised you, the parcel was being held at your local depot awaiting the correct delivery address details from yourself. As the parcel was never collected by you, we must now wait for the parcel to be returned to us in order to issue the refund. As soon as we have the goods back in our possession your order will be refunded immediately. Many thanks Customer Service

“I ordered a tutu for my granddaughters photo shoot in the bluebell woods, it arrived in plenty of time and was packaged beautifully, the tutu itself is so pretty and very well made, it’s also nice and soft so she is going to love wearing it. Can’t wait to see the photos!”
