Good afternoon Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I have looked in to this for you and as you discussed with our customer service agent on live chat DPD has been trying to contact you as the address you supplied at the time of order is insufficient. They have tried several time to make contact with you and the parcel has now being returned to us here. Once it arrives back here with us, we will be in contact with you to see what you would like us to do with regards to getting the parcel back to you.
