I had new windows fitted some years ago I have had two blown windows which they have been very helpful and waiting for them to be replaced. I had Dan come out to check who was very helpful

I had two doors fitted on November 14th. 2024.Although the doors were fitted well,a drip mould became detached above one of doors recently.I phoned up and requested a call back,nobody called back.I then sent two e-mails and was told that I would receive confirmation,I did not .What a pity that your office staff are not as efficient as your window and door fitters,unless it concerns collecting payment.

On 19th March I had a new window installed, which in itself was done very well. I have been very happy with the results of the window itself. The issue is that the scaffolding has been left up, and I have received no calls back after multiple attempts to chase up. Phone calls to customer service have taken half an hour plus to speak to someone. All that customer service can do is request a call back from the local office responsible, but I have not received a response back. I have emailed but received no response. I have now raised a complaint because it is unacceptable to have scaffolding left on the property weeks after the job, and even more unacceptable to not respond to the customer to arrange a removal.

We have just had our windows replaced by Martin and Harvey. We are really pleased with the work and the service. Martin and Harvey were friendly, helpful and did a professional job.

We had Anglian replaced old double glazed windows and doors. The installers were friendly but the quality of the work is very disappointing. We called Anglian several times for them to resolve the issues. 5 weeks after completion of the installation and several phone calls, we are still no further forward. This is extremely disappointing. Once Anglian has received their payment, they are just not interested in resolving the issues. Terrible Customer Service and After Sales.

Shocking customer service. Cancelled appointments, farcical call describing how they need to build a conservatory foundation 700mm deep!!!. If you don't want to waste your time, don't call Anglian.

Offered a job as a field manager, my contract stated 37.5hrs per week however you’ll be expected to be married to the job starting at 7am until your finish your calls,(No overtime pay)company is all about profit, the standard of work is awful and a rubbish product at that. Ive been in the double glazing industry for 25years is this is the worst I've seen. Needless to say i dont work there anymore.

Awful experience. Initial quote of £29k for works prior to 10% discount for advertising and discount from manager. Final quote was for conservatory half original size, no dwarf wall and was £31k with all discounts. Total waste of time.

Very poor! Tried to get an appointment and they kept cancelling it.. terrible service. A guy called Abdul calls last minute to change the appointment time... wasted my whole day...

Despite giving a review that was far from complementary about aspects of the service Anglian provided I have heard nothing from them. At the very least I would have expected a phone call about it, after all they were quick enough to call when I enquired and wanted information from them. To highlight the basis of my dissatisfaction I have loaded two photographs of the door, before and after. I made it very clear that I wanted the new door to look like the old i.e. the same colour scheme, not blue and white and near enough the same glass configuration. I was shown a picture of a door that was similar to the original and I was assured by the salesman that was what I was going to get. I am now living with a door that is not what I wanted both in style and surrounded colour. On the plus side the door was installed to a very high standard with a minimum of fuss.

We are of a certain age and thought the door that was first discussed would be delivered, then the so called surveyor came around and convinced us otherwise. We have paid three and a half thousand pounds for a door that would be found on a housing estate. The man that fitted was brilliant, no problem with him at all, nearly cut his finger off but kept going. Really disappointed with you Anglian

Brian came today and fixed our windows.he was a really nice guy and treated our house like his own very tidy and took care working in my house.i would recommend him totally.having some rough casting done so will be asking for him to return to finish off my window.would recommend this company

Very very poor company! Harassed me for weeks after I enquired about a new front door. I finally agreed to purchasing a new door as there was a promise for it to be installed before Christmas (this was November) we are now in February and still there has been no installation. After many phone calls and emails that were all ignored I managed to get an answer, the reason being the paperwork got lost on someone’s desk. Now I have to wait another month for installation and I’m being told I cannot cancel my order. Never again would I go with Anglian or recommend anyone uses them.

First they hadn't made one window, secondly when window did arrive it was wrong size,not a very happy customer, never recommend.

What a bunch of cowboys . Had a door fitted 6 months ago and it won’t lock . I got in touch with customer service and was told they would get back to me in two days. My home is not secure !!! They sent me an email and told me they would come out on the 31st of January, today is the 15th of January. A very detailed and irate email now sent to Trading standards.

The sake ref Pauline who came to southampton stayed over 2 hours very pushy rude about a tiny bit of mould on my window, had a severe infection on leg so was unable to wipe the window she promised new wood at top above the window and we wanted new window ledges when surveyor came out ge explained this wasn't possible would affect the structure of window below and above window ,we settled for capping over windows when two installer came they didn't know any of this information has gornpaulina stay well away from her she also said when trying to sell there products she would be popping in to make sure work was OK she isn't telling the truth only interested in getting her commission pushy lady please be very careful if she going g to come and try to sell you there products installers lovely couple of lads worked hard

Booked an appointment. No-one turned up and didn't even call to notify. I had to call myself to find the "booking wasn't done properly." Wasted a whole day for nothing. If they can't even handle a simple booking then goodness knows how capable they are at the actual construction job. Looking at other comments however, may have dodged a bullet. Unbelievable.
