“I have never had a problem with this company. I do not order mediation for my dog but do order prescription diet. Delivery is usually on time, sometimes only taking 24hrs to deliver even though I chose free 2-4 days delivery. One order was badly damaged on arrival, phone customer service who were great and offered refund or replacement. I've used Animed direct for years and will continue to use them”

My dog has chronic arthritis and needs pain killers I have had no problems with ordering online and with talking to customer relations who were very helpful. Both drugs are prescription only one of which is a controlled drug and has to be signed for. The CR person talked me through the ordering process for online and also took my order over the phone.
