“Bought Kandid Ribbed, 5m red rope and matte black cuffs. Have to say, the kandid went down well with GF, and the rope is of really nice quality. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the cuffs. They are rather flimsy and cheaply made. Not overly comfortable either, and totally unsuitable if you have larger wrists. Having said that, they’re only £7, and I got free with a code. Overall, really good Kandid and rope; cuffs very poor, cheap and disappointing.”

“Absolutely fantastic!!!!! Copped a huge dildo I can't wait to wedge so far up my arse it bleeds for weeks ;). Might even try shoving it up the Hubby's whilst he's sleeping LOL. “I went in with no idea of how bras work, I also heavily struggle socially. The woman who was working at the Northampton branch when I went in was so lovely. She really helped and I gained my confidence back with wearing bras. If you’re struggling with bra sizes and shapes then I definitely recommend, they were so polite and pleasant and made it feel so natural.”

“Bought 2 bras on a 2 for £25 offer, both identical just different colours. Both have the same sized label but are not even slightly the same size. Wouldn’t buy bras here again. Had so many issues and my nearest store is a 40 min drive! I’ve already had to change the one bra already as there was a design fault, now I’ve got to go back again!!”

“Tragic customer service in Leeds store, been told I can't use swipe mastercard with ID authorisation if needed,as their machine doesn't have swipe facilities. Even though I was looking at swipe debit card machine in front of me. Also signed up for emails to get discount for future shopping, only to find out I've never got any emails at all. Not impressed.”

“I have purchased a lot of items from Ann Summers in their retail outlets and on line and been very happy with their products. Unfortunately their customer service in store leaves a lot to be desired. I had an item to return and called in store with a receipt which stated they would be happy to refund or exchange the item within 28 days. I took the receipt and the item and was told that receipt wasn't good enough and I would need the other receipt I would have been given with my purchase. They could exchange but wouldn't refund or give me a credit note. My receipt showed my debit card details and the amount which corresponded with the cost of the item I was returning, which had it's original tags. It even had the name of the person in store who had served me, but despite asking for the Manager I was told the same thing. The shop was uncomfortably hot and so dark I could barely read the tags on the items to find something to exchange it for. I asked for the address to make an official complaint while in store and was given a phone number. I checked on line and found an email address to make a complaint, which I did 6 days ago. Nobody has bothered to contact me. I would seriously think twice about buying anything else from this company because their customer service is appalling both in store in Newcastle and subsequently as no response to my complaint.”

“Paid for next day service yesterday but my parcel didn't arrive today. I search dpd by the number provided by AnneSummers, search returns nothing. Help page on the site doesn't work (404). It's rip off then if I pay more for a next day delivery but don't get my stuff”
