“I went into the Telford store today to find a matching set and the lovely Laura helped me. She also helped me in the fitting room and suggested the correct sizing for me, Laura was friendly, happy and took time to help me. I bought a purple non padded bra and Laura helped me find my knicker size and suggested the garter belt that looks amazing as a set. I also bought a blue bikini set as it was on sale, thank you Laura for helping me and finding a perfect set!”

“I visited the Oxford Street store in London and the very helpful female assistant helped me choose a sexy maids and a school girls outfit to try on in the changing rooms.I felt really sexy in them as I also had on my Ann Summers stockings suspenders and frilly edged lacy thong and she didn't mind me taking pix of myself dressed up.She said if they sold high heals I could have tried them on as well.Excellent service.”

“I recently visited the leamington Spa store and I was so impressed on how well I was greeted by the lovely shop assistant Caroline. She was very assertive and helpful whilst I was making my mind up in store. Giving confidence and reassurance when needed. Lovely lady, very professional and really good at her job.”

“Completely pi##ed off. 6 weeks after I've returned an item for a refund. I've emailed over and over, rang and I'm just being given the runaround. And don't tell me to email customer services as I've done that time and time again and now nobody is replying. I want my money back!!!”

“Absolute worst customer service. Followed the instructions provided and sent off my item for a refund in December and have had to follow up over a dozen times in order to eventually secure a refund 6 months later. I also had to pay the return shipping out of my pocket despite initially being told it would be covered.”

“Bought Kandid Ribbed, 5m red rope and matte black cuffs. Have to say, the kandid went down well with GF, and the rope is of really nice quality. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the cuffs. They are rather flimsy and cheaply made. Not overly comfortable either, and totally unsuitable if you have larger wrists. Having said that, they’re only £7, and I got free with a code. Overall, really good Kandid and rope; cuffs very poor, cheap and disappointing.”

“Absolutely fantastic!!!!! Copped a huge dildo I can't wait to wedge so far up my arse it bleeds for weeks ;). Might even try shoving it up the Hubby's whilst he's sleeping LOL. “I went in with no idea of how bras work, I also heavily struggle socially. The woman who was working at the Northampton branch when I went in was so lovely. She really helped and I gained my confidence back with wearing bras. If you’re struggling with bra sizes and shapes then I definitely recommend, they were so polite and pleasant and made it feel so natural.”

“Bought 2 bras on a 2 for £25 offer, both identical just different colours. Both have the same sized label but are not even slightly the same size. Wouldn’t buy bras here again. Had so many issues and my nearest store is a 40 min drive! I’ve already had to change the one bra already as there was a design fault, now I’ve got to go back again!!”
