Fraudulent company!! Ordered a few dresses in August, no delivery, no response to my emails, no refund. Save your time and money, Do NOT ORDER from them.

ADVICE & WARNING This is an advice for People who ordered lately please go ahead and dispute with your bank and get your money back before it's too late... You must file a report on a disputed purchase within 60 days of the statement date on which the charge appeared. After that I doubt if they can do anything for you.. and this is what annah hariri and her team want.. they will keep asking you for more time until the legal period for dispute expires and you lose your money forever.. this is exactly what happened to me and 2 of my friends we never received the order or the money ... I ordered 8 dresses in June 2020 and never received them ...my order# US78563 later changed to US95895

It's a calculated strategy at dishonesty. They might send you a first order to get you excited and then you will never get your 2nd even as they continue to have massive sales and serve others. Then they will respond to reviews like this online to show the public or the review site they are responding to customers but will take no further action. It's been more than a year and countless emails and reviews so trust me I understand their strategy well. And there is no way to get in touch, no telephone number, no chat line. Only emails. Calculated to not engage with customers and never fulfil orders. And since you cannot contact them you can't even get a refund. Calculated. They don't care. They had such potential. A true shame that they chose this path. US94206 is my very genuine order number and I have all the emails to prove purchase.

Total scam. It’s been over a year and we haven’t received anything yet. They are not responding to our e mails and we cannot get through to them via phone. So unprofessional and stole our money basically. Our order number is US86852. Please do not fall for this as we did.

Return my money back. It is not a way to deal with your customers. No response. I ordered from 2 months and I still didn’t receive it. Bad service Bad delivery DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered two dresses in August 2020. I first waited for an year thinking Covid indeed was the issue. but the constant new dress styles and sales emails being sent out whilst many thousands of dresses are still not sent out, and also no sign of any refund agreement despite 20+ emails, I am very disappointed. What a great company they could have been, but they have outdone their own lies.

I would give them 0 stars if I could VERY bad experience with VERY bad customer service how ridiculous on how you can’t even contact them via phone ! I ordered a package from June which has been in custom duty since then till November and had to pay a customs duty of TRIPLE my package price because I wasn’t able to reach anna hariri which is not worth it at all! Never ordering from them ever again

I have still not received my dress I keep emailing them n they are not responding anymore. Some guy named Jose told me a couple months ago when I first purchased it that they will urgently send it n send me the tracking no. Still no sign if this isn’t fraud then what is it. I am extremely disappointed if they can’t send me my package at least they would give me my money bk they do not keep there word at all.

0 stars. Do not order from this company it is a fraudulent operation. I ordered dresses in July of 2020 and have yet to receive them. A man named Jose Pires responded to an email saying a tracking number would be sent shortly. This was about the third time they said they were just about to send it. They have stolen $230 from me. The credit company cannot do anything after 1.5 years. I was willing to give them 6months due their COVID excuses. A fraudulent company that steals from Muslims wanting to dress modestly.

It’s been 4 months since I ordered. However, I haven’t received my order. My order number is US119123. They even stopped replying on my emails its really disappointing. This the worst purchase experience I have ever had in my life. They are scammers please stay away from Annah Hariri and don’t waste your.

Why and how is this company still running. They’re in debt to so many people (including myself)! I ordered a year and a half ago and still haven’t received my order. The fact that they’re taking new orders and still using Covid as an excuse for those who didn’t get their orders is nonsense! How is it I can order from dozens of countries around the world and I still get my order, but they’re still crying Wolf that it’s because of the pandemic and moving to another country. Oh cry me a river, a business shouldn’t be putting blame on anything but themselves! Any company or business that fails to do what they advertise should ALWAYS care about their customers first and give them some sort of incentive/discount to make up for their shortfalls. Or better yet, return their hard earned money instead of stealing it and hoping people forget about it. The most unislamic behaviour ..and they should know that Allah is watching.

Ordered February 2020, received some items, most incorrect size or description. other items missing. Still in october 2021 they havent resolved any issue and say keep waiting. I am planning to lodge complaint with Dubai consumer affairs and also USA based ones.

Horrible service. I ordered dresses from them in July 2020. I received part of my order in September 2020. It was the wrong size🙁. I contacted them to get the correct size and check when should I expect the rest of my order. The responded that they will correct things, but I need to be patient because of Covid-19. I kept on following up with them. The last time I received any response from them was in February 2021. I am not getting any feedback from them anymore!

Like many others, I never received an order from early 2020, even though mine was pre-pandemic . Stopped getting responses when emailing them. Wasn't my first order, had ordered twice before without issues. It took a couple months to receive but the quality was worth it. I have been dumbfounded at how differently the customer service has changed. They are still using covid as an excuse. It appears they are completing new orders and hoping the rest of us just give up and go away. I would not trust them to ever order from them again and it's a shame because the quality used to be very good.

They have not shipped my dresses although it has been over two months of ordering. I have followed up with them, but no response. So unprofessional. Never will buy from them again.

I ordered 5 dresses last year in October they didn't give and I ordered their bogo offer and they didn't send 2 dresses. Honestly first 2 times I ordered dress from them it was really nice and the fabric was nice too...but last time I have not heard anything from them...I got random advertising emails from them everyday but never got any answer about my order. I also told them to give my money back they didn't. I was waiting and waiting but if they have that much trouble with past orders bcz of covid why are they taking new orders and making new designs?

I placed an order about a year ago with 4 items, and another separate order with 1 dress. The 1 dress order arrived, while the other one did not. To be honest the dress looked nothing like the picture. I still haven't worn it nor do I plan on wearing it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was just that one item that looked different. I waited for my other items and they never came. Contacted them multiple times over a long period of time. I finally got a response weeks later and asked for a refund and received it. I have since then ordered 2 more dresses and a skirt, thinking I would give them one more chance because their items look really cute online. The order did arrive, but the material of the dresses felt weird. It's very stiff and not flattering when I wear it. The color was also a bit off. I got rid of both dresses without ever wearing them. The skirt I wore one time just because I paid money for it but I don't think I will wear it again. The material was also very unflattering. For those of you who haven't received your orders, I hope you never receive them and are able to return and receive a refund like I got last year.
