“These people seems like scam!!. I placed an order on july 4 dreses! Been 4 months now! Every time i contacted them they say something really convincing about Covid & make u more wait! I dont know if i will ever get my dreses or my money!! Please they should be banned from coning people & take our money!!”

“I made an order in March, for 5 dresses. I received 2 of them, almost 2 months apart and have yet to see the remaining dresses or refund. The customer service for this company is an absolute train wreck, impossible to get a hold of and false promises, also from "Duygu." You can not use the pandemic as a crutch and still not deliver, literally. BE HONEST. Send me my refund if you will not send me the dresses!!! enough is enough. ORDER US 54690”

“Place my order since May, order never arrived. Recently they said they cannot fullill my order and suggest to get a refund. One month is over, no refund has been made. In the system they indicated my order has been Fullied. They are not honest, take away people's money. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO.!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND ANY DRESSES. THEY PROMISED TO REFUND THE MONEY BACK AND THEY DID NOT DO SO!! IN THE ACCOUNT ITS INDICATED ORDER HAS BEEN FULLIED BUT ACTUALLY IS NOT. EMAIL AFTER EMAIL, MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE. AT FIRST THEY REPLY GIVING EMPTY PROMISES BUT AFTER THAT THEY TOTTALY IGNORE YOU. DO NOT GET SCAMMED AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO.”

“Horrible company, customer service is very hard to reach and they lie and you never get your product that your orders 5 months ago. THEN the owner comes out saying they can not fulfill orders because they don't have enough thread to make material but then they keep releasing new products and trying to sell more without fulfilling old orders”

“Very very slow delivery. I have placed 2 orders (US69718 & US69816, 9 dresses) in May 20, 2020. Now it almost 6 months and I've only received 2 out of 9 dresses that I've ordered from them. At first, I am trying to keep patiently waiting for it to come & understand the situation maybe due to COVID19. HOWEVER now, I lost hope already, it's too much because it's almost 6 months and not hear any update from them.”

“If I can rate zero star I would. I cannot believe this company! I have good judgement when it comes to online shopping but this company fooled me and scammed me! I'm disappointed! I ordered a dress for me and my little girl for s special event that was on August 7,2020 it's now October 29,2020 no delivery! I have emailed ,I have called , and no response. I see new advertisement on IG and FB wow! This company needs to be reported so that they can no longer send goods to the United states! I was so excited about this company and now I will NEVER order from them nor will I recommend them for business! What a shame ! What a scam!!! Shame on you Annah Hariri !!! “I placed an order on 6th August and did not receive the dresses after 6th sep.so I asked for a refund and received a response that they have arranged for refund and the amount would get reflected in my account within 12 working days. Now it's more than 50 days. I contacted them so many times and no response from them.these days. It's a mere scam”

“I ordered two dresses (Order US53103) from this company in March. I received one dress after a month, but the other dress never shipped, despite me repeatedly following up with them. After six months, I finally gave up and requested a cancellation of the second dress and a refund. The company contacted me ONLY AFTER I gave them a bad review here. They told me the order had been cancelled and a refund issued. Now here we are, over a month later, and I still have not received a refund. The company is once again putting me off and not replying to my emails. Guess I'll have to make it my job once again to give them bad reviews all over the internet. Do not buy from this company. Maybe before the pandemic hit, they were fine as a company, but their response after the fact has been appalling. I deeply regret ever taking a chance on them.”

“Misleading & DECEPTIVE! They advertised that my order would be shipped between 15-30 days and it’s been more than a month, now they’re telling me because if Covid, they will be shipping out my order on November 14th, I ordered the items for my sister’s wedding on November 7th!! And now they refuse to respond to my emails and msgs. Totally dishonest!!!”

“The worst online store experience I ever had. I paid them 30dollars extra for express shipping. It says on their web that items would arrive in 2 weeks if you pay for express shipping. The order arrived with over a month delay. I ordered 3 items only 2 of them came. Do I have to mention poor quality of fabric and cheap look? My emails with complaints get ignored and the phone number to customer service they provide in their web is a number to.... PHARMACY IN NEW YORK. sounds like a scam? Big time. I think Anna Hariri doesn't have to do much with real Muslims. She just wants to look like one but she is missing honesty and respect to people.”

“Buying from Annah Hariri has been such a stressful experience. I just want potential buyers to be aware that ANNAH HARIRI products and customer service aren’t reliable and it is extremely difficult to get a refund. I’m still waiting on my refund and I placed the order in May. And that’s only part of my experience. Don’t waste your money or energy stressing over the lack of customer service, inferior quality (compared to dresses from a couple years ago), and the whole ordeal of paying more money returning goods only for them to ignore you and not give you a refund. Annah Hariri is not the company it once was.”
