“My order was said to have been fulfilled on December 24th. I reached out to customer support countless times trying to get a tracking number. My order numbers were US54781 and US50490, ordered back in February and March. One representative finally responded and said my order was US33683 and that she has been tracking it for some time. The thing is, i have no knowledge of this order or who it belongs to because that is not my order. I was sent a link to review the items I ordered but never received. No one can give me a clear reason why my orders were ALL marked dispatched and fulfilled but were in fact NOT dispatched and fulfilled according to the representative. Is anyone working on an order that says it was already fulfilled ? I doubt it. Hopefully I can get someone to take a look at my orders and fix this. I dont mind waiting, what I do mind is them giving me the run around telling me it was fulfilled, then that it wasn't, then that it is a different order, then that I should review the dresses that were sent but weren't actually sent...like what in the world ?”

“very bad company ….I ordered since July 2020 and till now nothing received ......no response.....so many email i sent no any action...only promises that will send but noting till now am frustrated....really very very bad company the worse company ever I dealt with”

“I ordered multiple dresses from annah Hariri on March 29, 2020. They sent one and I’m still waiting for the rest, emailed them multiple times asking for an update and they fraudulently have been blaming COVID19 for the backlog. They no longer are responding to my emails. It’s appalling, they are taking advantage of everyone. They just sent me an email to review dresses I never received!!!!! Completely fraudulent. Please be weary and DO NOT ORDER!”

“They DID NOT deliver my order at all, 9 dresses. I'm a well known brand owner of Henna Sooq so these reviews from me and others are TRUE. I also ordered several dresses, 9 in total, on April 5, 2020 and I only received like 1 of them. I am still waiting for all the rest. They take forever to reply and I'm surprised their website hasn't been taken down. Many of us should report them to the server company they work with or make a class action suit against them. I'm not waiting anymore. The money needs to be refunded right now! It's so sad, honestly, because they claim to be helping others and supporting their staff etc...but they take money from the rest of us and give us nothing.”

“Fraud !!! Fraud !!! We ordered dresses since April 2020 and still not received !!!! Asked for refund by email no reply , tried to contact on their numbers and other ways to contact them unfortunately no success!! Now I’m trying to locate them in their office which I believe somewhere in Turkey . Please don’t buy anything from Anna Harirri company . They will take your money and you will never get refund or your goods!!!”

“Was lured by the promotion. Purchased $600 worth of dresses. It's been 7 months and nothing has arrived. I am contacting the office of the presidency in Turkey. What is most appalling is the promotion ran for several months despite no one receiving anything. I quickly found out that I am not alone and hundreds upon hundreds of people have been scammed.”

“Disappointed with Annah Hariri I ordered 4 dresses in July, 2020. I only got one dress from Annah Hariri company. Now, it’s January, 2021 more than 7 months and I still did not get the remaining three dresses. Very sad and disappointing! I tried my best to send them email and to call them on their customer service number but I did not get any appropriate response. Yesterday I got a response after 7 months that they are very sorry. I am pasting their response which I got after 7 months of my order, “ We are very sorry for the delay. Due to COVID, we are working diligently on the health of our employees and our products to be sent to thee. We are aware of the urgency of your order and will send it to you as quickly as possible. We are very grateful for your support in this difficult process. Best Regards, Duygu” I asked them to refund my money from months, if they cannot send me my remaining three dresses but they are not refunding or sending dresses. If their excuse is COVID-19, then I also gave them more than 7 months. I am very disappointed as a customer of Annah Hariri. I request all of you that please don’t waste your money to buy their dresses. I am strongly not recommending them. I used to like their dresses but after all this I am not! I hope my review will help you to not waste your money.”

“don't know where to start lost almost 400 dollars in scam yes scam she manipulates the system used covid as an excuse and never got my two orders and then they will not respond by the time I filled the dispute it was too late 180 days past cause I gave her benefit of doubt she turned off her comments on Instagram so people can be decieved I don't usually review but trying to save some one some money”

“#annahhariri #annah_hariri #annah_hariri_scam @annah_hariri #paypal Sequence of Events: - 25 Aug 2020 placed an order for wife on their website - a month passed - another month passed - yet another - reminded them through several emails but no response - finally on 13 Jan 2021 filed a case with PayPal - PayPal contacted Annah Hariri to respond else refund - order dispatched immediately on 15 Jan 2021 and received on 17 Jan 2021 Quality Report: SIMPLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE TIME. Do not go after the website or the photos presentation. The quality is simply not worth your money. Lesson Learnt: - Escalate the matter through PayPal. Remember you have 180 days to file a case. - Such fraudulent sellers will never respond so best to stay away from them. - All their comments on Instagram or Facebook are disabled, you are only left with contacting them through emails.”

“Worst experience ever! Spent $120 USD and it’s been more than 6 months and no delivery. There is no customer service, no communication, zero liability from their end. I want my money back!! US85583 Placed this order back in July 2020 and they had an excuse that we changed the facility, now they are relocated and back into business but no update. I am very upset and sad about their scam.”

“Absolutely disgusted by this company. They are still accepting orders and taking your money but not delivering anything in return. Do not SHOP FROM THEM. They are using COVID as an excuse and here we are 6 MONTHS LATER and nothing has been delivered. They are thieves who are only interested in your money, SCAM COMPANY. I am surprised why the regulatory body in Turkey is not closing down this business. This business is tarnishing the country's image. I have tried communicating with them numerous times and have been patient with them in these troubling times and they have just been delaying with terrible excuses. Finally I requested a refund and that's when they stopped responding to all my messages. BUYER BEWARE. THEY ARE FAKE. Truly disgusted that they still have money for mass advertising and STILL ACCEPTING ORDERS ON THEIR WEBSITE while not delivering any orders. Sounds like a purely money grabbing scheme with a fake store front. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM”

“I ordered 4 dresses in July 2020 and still I have not received them. Everytime I email them ,it takes one week to answer me and they all tell me the same answer that it ll be shipped soon. I have called them and noone pick up the phone calls. I would not recommend her to anyone”
