Disappointed with Annah Hariri I ordered 4 dresses in July, 2020. I only got one dress from Annah Hariri company. Now, it’s January, 2021 more than 7 months and I still did not get the remaining three dresses. Very sad and disappointing! I tried my best to send them email and to call them on their customer service number but I did not get any appropriate response. Yesterday I got a response after 7 months that they are very sorry. I am pasting their response which I got after 7 months of my order, “ We are very sorry for the delay. Due to COVID, we are working diligently on the health of our employees and our products to be sent to thee. We are aware of the urgency of your order and will send it to you as quickly as possible. We are very grateful for your support in this difficult process. Best Regards, Duygu” I asked them to refund my money from months, if they cannot send me my remaining three dresses but they are not refunding or sending dresses. If their excuse is COVID-19, then I also gave them more than 7 months. I am very disappointed as a customer of Annah Hariri. I request all of you that please don’t waste your money to buy their dresses. I am strongly not recommending them. I used to like their dresses but after all this I am not! I hope my review will help you to not waste your money.

don't know where to start lost almost 400 dollars in scam yes scam she manipulates the system used covid as an excuse and never got my two orders and then they will not respond by the time I filled the dispute it was too late 180 days past cause I gave her benefit of doubt she turned off her comments on Instagram so people can be decieved I don't usually review but trying to save some one some money

#annahhariri #annah_hariri #annah_hariri_scam @annah_hariri #paypal Sequence of Events: - 25 Aug 2020 placed an order for wife on their website - a month passed - another month passed - yet another - reminded them through several emails but no response - finally on 13 Jan 2021 filed a case with PayPal - PayPal contacted Annah Hariri to respond else refund - order dispatched immediately on 15 Jan 2021 and received on 17 Jan 2021 Quality Report: SIMPLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE TIME. Do not go after the website or the photos presentation. The quality is simply not worth your money. Lesson Learnt: - Escalate the matter through PayPal. Remember you have 180 days to file a case. - Such fraudulent sellers will never respond so best to stay away from them. - All their comments on Instagram or Facebook are disabled, you are only left with contacting them through emails.

It’s been 7-8 months I haven’t received my dress and I’ve been emailing no response from them I’m worried that I’ll lose my money 😢😢😢

Worst experience ever! Spent $120 USD and it’s been more than 6 months and no delivery. There is no customer service, no communication, zero liability from their end. I want my money back!! US85583 Placed this order back in July 2020 and they had an excuse that we changed the facility, now they are relocated and back into business but no update. I am very upset and sad about their scam.

Absolutely disgusted by this company. They are still accepting orders and taking your money but not delivering anything in return. Do not SHOP FROM THEM. They are using COVID as an excuse and here we are 6 MONTHS LATER and nothing has been delivered. They are thieves who are only interested in your money, SCAM COMPANY. I am surprised why the regulatory body in Turkey is not closing down this business. This business is tarnishing the country's image. I have tried communicating with them numerous times and have been patient with them in these troubling times and they have just been delaying with terrible excuses. Finally I requested a refund and that's when they stopped responding to all my messages. BUYER BEWARE. THEY ARE FAKE. Truly disgusted that they still have money for mass advertising and STILL ACCEPTING ORDERS ON THEIR WEBSITE while not delivering any orders. Sounds like a purely money grabbing scheme with a fake store front. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM

I ordered 4 dresses in July 2020 and still I have not received them. Everytime I email them ,it takes one week to answer me and they all tell me the same answer that it ll be shipped soon. I have called them and noone pick up the phone calls. I would not recommend her to anyone

I ordered my item in June 2020 & up until today have not received them. I have the same opinion as most of you here, Annah Hariri should stop promoting her products but instead she should solve all the outstanding issues & orders. If she fears Allah, she should act responsibly.

Scammer and their. They run promotions, take the money and you take the chance of getting your dresses if you ever do. They don't pay the refugees they employ. If you say anything negative on FB they remove it immediately then block you. Disgusting and need to be shut down by Turkish gov

I placed an order in May 2019 and it is now January 2020 and I still have not received it. I have emailed and messaged COUNTLESS times with no resolution. The phone number doesn't ring to anyone and dispute Facebook videos blaming Covid-19 for the delay, there is still no resolve. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

I would give them zero stars. I ordered my dresses in September 2020 and I still haven’t received them. I have tried emailing them multiple times but no response. I have left comments on their Facebook marketing posts but still no response. Call left messages no response. This is a shame and horrible horrible customer service. I agree with others I don’t understand how are they still in business. And I have emailed multiple times asking for refund, of course still no response. It’s a complete disappointment.

I placed two orders in June last year. Still haven’t heard back or received my order, despite several complaints made on their customer care email. I need my money back or my orders. How’re they still allowed to operate despite so Many scam reports??? This company should shut down with immediate effect and refund all the customers they have duped.

@Anna Hariri I work in marketing and promotions, please take my advice, the way you are running your company is a real problem. You blocked me from commenting on your social medias because I was claiming my dress or money after lots of un-answered e-mails, but people who have rights will always find ways to make reviews like we found this page. I finally asked if I can choose another dress instead of the one I purchased a year ago if there is a difficulty making the one I purchased, no answers. Note: I received one dress of 2 and it really was good and fit, I wish they could finish my shopping experience in a good way. Please let me know what shall I do to get a dress or my money from your company! Order number AE2681

Thieves! Spread the word people! Get onto fashion review sites and let's bring this fraud company down! They don't even deserve the one star. I ordered from them Oct 2020 and still have not got anything from them. I have asked multiple times for my money back and they don't respond to emails or phone calls. What customer service?! The worst thing is I'm not the only victim. Shame on you and your company Annah!!!

I rated this one star because there is no zero-star option. I placed an order for a dress on June 10, 2020. My bank statement shows the deduction posted on that day. I have not received the dress to date. I have called their customer service phone number but no one ever responds. I have tried reaching them through emails but no one ever responded. I will NEVER recommend Annah Hariri to anyone because I have come to believe that I have been SCAMMED!
