“I don’t know how to further express my disappointment and distress. I had ordered 2 garments more than 3 months ago, and after much emailing, pressing, and communication I have just received one part of my order(the red one) but STILL have not received the black dress. The black dress is displayed as arrived however I have not received it. Furthermore, to add to my disappointment, your communications team has completely ghosted me about inquires about the other garment or a complete return/refund. Additionally, the garment that has arrived does not fit but the return also cannot be completed for unknown reasons. I am tired of dealing with this company and are aghast over the unprofessionalism that is being displayed. I wish for an immediate investigation and resolution of the situation. I can assure that I will be reviewing the company at various sites and locations.”

“I have been waiting for my refund since October!!!!!! Worst company ever!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!! They will steal your money!!!! Don't buy from this horrible company!!!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Wish I can give zero star. I told them a hundred time that I moved out and want to be refunded because items weren't arrived on time and they still didn't care. They claim that they delivered them on March 10 and I told them I can't receive them after February 26. Horrible horrible don't get anything from them.”

“I only received one dress when i ordered two. I called no one picked up voicemail is full. Emailed a bunch of time got told they sent me a gift card but they didn’t. Had to file a claim on my credit card to get my money back for the one dress I didn’t get.”

“Unfortunately I ordered from April 2020 to orders US61167, US94306 and until now no response from customer service about my orders or my money back I sent hundreds of emails but without any response from them I wish if they still have respect for their customers and fears from Allah to contact me and deliver my orders or send my money back”

“this site is a scam I already bought three dresses and they came out with very bad quality and I did not get what I was advertised. One of the dresses is non-wearable for a hijabi girl. Everything is shown underneath the dress. Another dress came with a broken zipper, i’ve been emailing, putting a return order, and calling the advertised phone number but I am not getting any response from the owners of this store.”

“SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I ordered a dress 2 years ago. Took my money. I have reached out to all numbers, emails, customer service options there are. No dress, yet they have time to send out emails of their new deals on dresses, but don't have time to respond to my order. Thieves, literally! At least respond to my voice mails and emails if it was due to Covid, something. Literally, stole my money. :(”

“This company is a scam and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs in the U.S. I have been charged for items I did not receive. They sent me a dress I did not order. They do not respond to emails and the phone mail box is full so you cannot leave a voicemail. Very suspicious!”

“This is the most pathetic company I have experienced in a long time, possibly ever!! I placed my order and 9 days later still no status update on shipping, it’s in their warehouse, I email another 3 times and they keep telling me to be patient. So I email really annoyed for the 5th time yesterday and they tell me today the most irritating news that the order has finally been shipped and delivery date is after eid! Honestly! I placed the order well in advance, 3 weeks before eid! My email today was asking for a refund and I don’t want their items because it can not possibly get to me in time, so the do the exact opposite and ship the package!! I don’t know what is wrong with them! Not to mention that shipping cost $70! Literally the most ridiculous company I have dealt with so far!”

“Ordered three dresses in January so they’d have time to get to me for Ramadan and Eid. Took nearly four months to ship. When the package arrives, it’s one dress I ordered, one ugly dress I didn’t order and doesn’t even fit me, and my other two dresses are just missing. Reach out to them and they offer $38 gift card for the missing items which doesn’t even cover one dress let alone two. Kept emailing them that I want to choose replacements or get a refund to my card and they are ignoring me. Save your money”

“I am so upset that I didn’t read the reviews before ordering from this company. I placed my order on 4/10/22. I received an email stating that my items were on the way that very night, along with a tracking number. I hit the tracking and it’s been sitting on label created for two weeks now. I sent emails to ask for a refund because I specifically ordered these dresses for the EID and I have to make alternate arrangements now since the month is almost over. In turn I received a computer generated email basically explaining that I have to wait indefinitely along with the penalty for refusing the package. I plan to report this company they cannot steal 300 dollars from me. I work too hard for my money. The worst part is they are marketing towards Muslims for Ramadan EID just to leave us disappointed at such an incredible time of year. May Allah rectify our affairs and punish these wicked people.”

“I would give zero stars if I can. The dress I received was absolutely nothing like the one I ordered and they want me to pay shipping both ways on top of that. That is $50 just taken out of my pocket and thrown into the trash just like that. I will NEVER EVER be ordering from this website again. You have lost a customer forever.”
