I ordered 8 dresses in July 2020 , recieved only one , it’s end of December 2020 , still no sign of remaining dresses , no ones answers emails , no one picks up calls or answers messages , please don’t waste your money they are fraud .

Invoice #US60562 I ordered 4 pieces on April 19, 2020. 3 months later I received a skirt. And ever since I have been waiting for the 3 remaining dresses. 8 months. There were few exchanges of messages and emails. Made promises never fulfilled. I’m still waiting. I think we should get social media platforms to ban them from advertising to then only scam their costumers.

ORDER AE3323 I order it from July 10 now over 5 months without receiving any thing and I contact you many times without any action from your side Why you take my money and didn’t deliver my order? I don’t recommend this shop they only take our money without deliver our orders

I ordered from them on May 2020 3 dresses I got one after 3 months It was amazing Now still waiting for the remaining 2 but nothing I've emailed them, once they replied that my order is top priority and again nothing happened I've emailed them several times but no reply at all !!! They keep making COVID as an excuse while other companies are working without such long delay It's so shameful to have such bad representation of modest fashion!!!

I just got my refund !!!! They are just so badly managed company. Not ready to take a step to sell globally but they did act like can which is a shame. Tips from me for any unhappy customers: contact your bank and submit your disputes. as long as you haven't received they will return your money.

Same story. I ordered 3 dresses in April 2020, they sent me one dress, and it looked like a graduation gown instead of a pretty dress when I tried it on. I can’t wear that in public. Lots of emails, excuses about Covid on their side, 7 months later they stopped responding to my emails this month. I was always nice in my emails. The phone numbers don’t work. I ordered a dress 2 years ago without a problem and it was nice. I’m out $100 apparently, I will report it as fraud to my credit card and see if I can get my money back. Don’t order a dress from here, it won’t arrive in time for when you need to wear it, and they might just take your money and send nothing.

I ordered my dresses in Sept and I kept emailing them about the shipment status. No response! I am amazed why are they still existing on Instagram? Why no one is stopping these frauds?

I placed an order for 5 dresses 2nd July 2020. I have not received my order. I have emailed and called several time but no replies. I recently posted on their facebook page that i have not received my order. Company had blocked me from commenting on their post.

Very bad experience ordered 8 months ago and still nothing ask for a refund was told will be processed but two months later still nothing . She advertises new stock yet can’t even provid to waiting customer yet holds on to their money and when questioned about it all she acts like a victim playing the emotional black mailing game shame on her.

I have two separate orders, first order, was two dresses, I only received one, I never received the second dress, and for my second order, I did not receive the dress as well. My first order was in June. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. their must be away out of this. This should not be happening and I don't know why they keep getting away with it. They continue to send me promotions for new arrival, I just don't get it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 2 dresses in JULY. After 3 MONTHS of waiting for my order I sent them several emails and received a reply that my order has now been pushed to "express" and that I should receive an email within a few days that it has been shipped. Weeks went buy and I had still received nothing. So I sent another email that I wanted to cancel my order. They replied and told me it has been cancelled and I should receive my refund within 15 to 25 days. 2 months later still nothing. They no longer reply to emails and now 5 months later I have no dresses and no money. On top of all that Annah Hariri still continues taking new orders and has not updated her policy on the Website to reflect the MAJOR delays in shipment. I really don't know what to do anymore.

placed two orders with Anna Hariri in April 2020. I have only received two dresses (the Natalia dress x2) out of the many dresses I ordered for myself and sister. I received an email on18/08/20 stating that any outstanding orders will be sent 3-4 from the email date but it is now 17th December and I have not received anything. I did place an order in August for the Boho dresses and surprisingly received them on 1st October 2020. The order number is US88702. However the size is wrong. I ordered US6 but when I measured it, it is smaller than US4. I have two dresses that do not fit me. I emailed Anna Hariri in October and even called them and the customer service was good as he advised me to send photos of the dresses and someone will get back to me. The only thing is no one ever go back to me despite sending several emails. I spoke to Anna Hariri herself around some time in October and she advised that there have been staffing issues hence the delay in reply and that someone was going to get back to me that day regarding the boho dresses but no reply once again. I understand that COVID has had an impact on delivering the materials for the dresses but what is not acceptable is the lack of customer service care. As a business that has been growing, Anna Hariri has made a big mistake by not keeping customers updated and biting off more than they can chew. I don't blame customers for being irate and upset. I remember in July 2020, there was an offer on the Anna Hariri website which stated if an order was made by a certain time, the items would be delivered before Eid. Anna Hariri knew there was already a backlog so why be deceitful and make a promise that can't be met? This is what I did not like - the deceit of that advertisement. Furthermore, Anna Harri and her team are very active on Instagram posting new items of clothing every single day and uploading new stories whilst customers are getting ignored. The comments section on Instagram has also been disabled so that customers cannot put any comments about their orders. Please put the time and effort spent on Intsgram into updating your customers. We have a right to know what is happening with our orders. It is very unprofessional to ignore customers. Other companies have also been affected by COVID but from my experience, they have been honest and have kept me updated. My order numbers: US56429 - order placed on 4th April 2020, x3 dresses ordered, only received one, which is the Natalia dress. US62018 - order placed on 23rd April 2020, x7 dresses ordered, only received one, which is the Natalia dress. US88702 - order placed on 14th August 202, x2 dresses ordered and received but incorrect size.

There must be a way to tell people about this website and protect others from this. So basically you order and pay money and Allah knows if they will ever send your order. I ordered from them in June, and since then no actual communication, lately they don’t answer emails, they have many excuses for not delivering people’s order but what makes me happy that on the day of judgment they will be judged for this and for representing Islam this way, and for using refugees as an excuse. If she can’t fulfill the thousands of order they get then stop taking more orders, be honest and fear Allah.

Shut the website to avoid more being misleaded! Ordered mid-Oct 2020 and until now no shipment. Emailed couple of times and was given COVID-19 as excuse, each time given new shipping date. Till date, zit. Firstly, its hundreds $$ and not just one dress 'cause wanted to save on shipping. If you can't fulfil or have backlogged orders since months ago, STOP TAKING ORDERS. ORDER US92805 Ordered early Sept after a month, emailed them asking if the item has been shipped. they had not... i asked for my order to be cancelled which was cancelled on Oct 7 and i was issued a refund (as per meryem their customer service representative) its Mid december now. No refund yet. No replies to numerous emails. International phone numbers arent answered. Still waiting on that refund. 😣

make yourself a favor and don't buy from this scam company. I placed an order and bought 2 dresses. after 2 months, I received the package and was asked at the door to pay a lot of money equal to the full price of the dress. I had to pay and upon opening the package, I found only one dress. The rest of the story is not any different than other customers who got scammed.

Same story as the rest below! I am so surprised! I have contacted my credit card company as well, hopefully will get a refund now! The order was placed in June and same stories as the rest that first the whole covid-19 excuses and then you see that they are selling more stuff, updating FB and Instagram on a regular basis...I do not understand how this business operates.
