To return your order, simply follow the simple instructions below: 1) Print out the returns label we'll email you. 2) Pack your items back into the box or bag they arrived in and secure them for delivery. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for my items to arrive, they are being held at US customs in Chicago.

Still have not received the item ordered on February 28th, 2023. My tracking still states the item is in Northampton England. I am wondering if I am ever receiving this item?! Will be reaching out to my bank to discuss getting my $88.00 dollars back.

Your order will currently be travelling through the system and will hopefully be at customs very soon. I’ve returned them as not worth the high price tag…& now 21 days to wait for a refund! How do you justify keeping my money for that amount of time…?

I do not know how much I would like or dislike this product as I have not received it yet. I ordered it in January. I think there is some mail issue going on from strikes in England but if there are, I would love to hear whether I will ever get my product from the company.

I am sorry to say that my experience is not being entirely good, I still have not received the package. I already received your letter to inform me that the transport company has had problems, but many days have passed without any news.

6weeks have passed since I ordered. My package's still in UK. I would like to collect it from royal mail and use another international postal derivery. Anorak's costomer service told me,thank you for your pacient and have a good day.

Hi there, Thank you for your review, I have looked into your order and can see this was placed just under 4 weeks ago, we wrote to you to update you on the unfortunate Royal Mail cyber attacks on international orders and thanked you for your patience. I can see your order was shipped on 30/01 and the tracking was last updated on 07/02. For orders outside of the UK sadly they can take a little longer due to customs. As much as I love the design,and yes, colour wasn't as vibrant as appears on line, but still looks nice. Sadly the printed design started to wear away very quickly despite the mat only being down for a couple of weeks with very limited use. Very disappointed with it.

I have not received this item it was allegedly delivered on Wednesday 30th November when I was not in according to UPS. I was in all day and no one knocked or rang the door bell. I have had an EMail from them to tell me this. I have tried answering but Apple will not veryfy the server.

Fabric between main shirt and the tie pieces didn’t match at all. Looked strange and poorly made so have asked to return. Pity as strawberry pattern beautiful !

I am still waiting for the delivery. Last Wednesday the delivery status said: “Due to arrive today”. It didn’t arrive. And the following day, and ever since, it just says” “Pending”. Really annoying because I paid for delivery and ordered early enough for it to reach me by a friend’s birthday. But it didn’t arrive. And I am still waiting

Nonexistent customer service. Package arrived in plastic bag having been destroyed by Royal Mail. Contents damaged. No response to numerous emails. No phone line for customer service.
