Unfortunately and very sadly, customer service is not helpful. They have great product, with fantastic quality but customer service is a lot to be desired. For what has been extreme circumstances in my life, Anorak sadly were not understanding whatsoever in assisting with returns that I still have, when funds were and are very much needed.
It is a shame to be left with a sour taste from what is lovely products.

I really want to like this company and buy more from them but am put off by their returns system. I returned 3 items in 2 orders over 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything back. The lack of communication and slowness to refund makes me too anxious so unless I’m refunded very soon, I’m very unlikely to order anything again. Which is a shame because I really love the actual products.

Love the dress, though had to order a smaller size, really struggled with the return process, as could not download necessary on my phone. Also drop off point inconvenient. One of your competitors use rebound intelligent returns much easier - but still love the dress

Takes a very long time to refund you your monies on returns
2 out of 3 of my items were different shades of blue when they arrived so I was really disappointed.
Note - this company uses collect plus who rarely update their Web page and I had to go to 5 different places before the 6th place still took the parcel as they still are doing collectplus.

I ordered this through Friends of Joules, It’s a pretty blouse but miles to big. I tried to set up the return as didn’t receive a return label but your system didn’t recognise my order number so I was advised (by joules) to write a label and pay for return which I need to do but I’m unsure if the return address and feel that if it’s advertised as free returns then they should be!

Lovely dress but not long enough for me, absolutely loathe your returns system. If I can’t take it to the Post Office I will not order again. The code for return at Collect + doesn’t work and I just don’t have the time to faff about.

Customer service great until returns. Took a month to receive confirmation that they had received my return which was sent as per their instructions. Pyjamas are lovely and just needed a different size.
