“My dogs boosters were cancelled by the vets due to covid ,these are free under the plan I pay for .however when I have tried to restart these jabs again I've had to pay 68pound for the 2 dogs as they've had to start both jabs again as it's been a while since the vets cancelled. Not happy with this they should never of cancelled anyway and I shouldn't have to pay as it was them that cancelled on my dogs. Just another way of taking more money off us.”
