“Package has not arrived yet - it was sent over a week ago. Courier seems to have lost it, and I spent an over an hour on hold trying to get through to them. They were not helpful once I actually managed to speak to someone”

I will just mention that your order was placed with us 27 December when we were closed. We reopened on 6 January and your order was shipped the same day. Many couriers are experiencing delays at the moment due to ongoing impacts of COVID. However I have raised a query with Couriers Please on your behalf to follow up delivery of this consignment. “I'm not very happy with the time taken and the delivery process of items. Anstel itself sounds good customer service, but it took over three weeks for my order to reach and they delivered it to the wrong address (I redirected because it was getting delayed, and ended up in the original address)”
