“I ordered a pram cover which came 12 BUSINESS DAYS after I ordered it - 2.5 weeks later. The customer service tried to help me which I appreciate but the courier company they use for Perth WA is Couriers Please who are horrendous - I've had plenty of bad expereicnes with this courier company. Its a shame because Anstel seem amazing - good product range and great customer service. BEWARE WA CUSTOMERS - delivery date is unlikely to be great. Anstel - chose another courier for WA please - who you have SUCK.”

“Very poor experience. I have had emails go back and forth from a fault that could have resulted in a serious injury. It has been fobed off and ive asked for a call from a manager - No call but instead days later i have received a generic email noting my "query is closed". For a company that prides themselves on safety and quality i am appauled with this service received. I would never purchase from your brands again.”

Dear Niamh, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I have taken a look through your warranty claim with us and I can see that it was outside the Manufacturer's warranty period of 2 years therefore Cybex wasn't able to issue a replacement under warranty. I can also see our team did offer a significant discount on a replacement stroller as a way of compensating for the unfortunate situation.
