“Amazing customer service! I had a couple of issues with my order not arriving quite as described - which was actually purchased through a 3rd party - but I was referred back to Anstel as the “Cybex Priam” pram I purchased was one of Anstels brands. They took immediate control to rectify the situation and turned all of my issues into positives with fantastic solutions. Prompt replies, alternative options quickly offered, and a few other extras left me as one very happy customer. I would recommend these guys 100% as the service is second to none! I feel confident going forward that if I ever have any issues, they will be quickly and easily resolved, and it is very comforting to have this local support considering my purchase was a product of a German based company. 6 Stars! Thank you!”

“While we haven’t set our package up as bub’s not due till the end of the year, we had the opportunity to visit the showroom and see it set up. We LOVE our nursery furniture, can’t wait to have it all set up!! Thank you”

“You guys were great, sending me a spare part at no cost when our pram broke overseas and Joolz offered no help, other than paying for an entirely new chassis! 100% happy with Anstel, but very dissatisfied with the Joolz customer service team.”
