“I absolutley love my Cybex Balios Lux and when I required some customer support with an enquiry, Cheryl & Brad's customer service was outstanding!!!! I would highly recomend the Cybex range of Prams and Anstel to others based on my experience.”

“Fantastic after sales service! Due to an error likely on my part a piece of the pram broke- Brad at the service team was so great with problem solving and assistance- went above and beyond for someone with no idea (me!) Brad sorted the problem without fuss and with great communication- I highly recommend these guys- they back their products 100% Thank you!”

“I had cause to call Anstel on three occasions in the past two months (ordering replacement parts for Cybex). The customer service provided was exemplary and unexpected considering how large the Anstel company is. I do not recall who I spoke to in February but have recently been communicating with Hayden from the Anstel Web Team. With the steady decline in what is expected from customer service within large companies this was a welcome surprise. I'd encourage anyone who has a enquiry about a Anstel stocked item to give them a call and I'm sure they can help.”
