“I purchased my pram through Anstel as they had the most competitive pricing!! I live in Sydney and postage from Melbourne was $10! I also have to say that the customer service provided was outstanding. I’m not just saying that!! They answered all my questions through Facebook messenger, and also tried to give me the best prices on accessories. Once I had picked all the extras I needed they emailed an invoice and payment was really straightforward. Thank you!!”

“Amazing customer service! I had a couple of issues with my order not arriving quite as described - which was actually purchased through a 3rd party - but I was referred back to Anstel as the “Cybex Priam” pram I purchased was one of Anstels brands. They took immediate control to rectify the situation and turned all of my issues into positives with fantastic solutions. Prompt replies, alternative options quickly offered, and a few other extras left me as one very happy customer. I would recommend these guys 100% as the service is second to none! I feel confident going forward that if I ever have any issues, they will be quickly and easily resolved, and it is very comforting to have this local support considering my purchase was a product of a German based company. 6 Stars! Thank you!”
