Poor quality products

Took a while for anyone to respond to my query despite contacting via multiple ways. However when I finally was in contact with someone the customer service was great. The replacement product was delivered really quickly as well. I was a bit disappointed that I was expected to return the faulty product in person, requiring me to find time (whilst managing a baby and family commitments) and a significant drive. Response time was not over a week but there is no option to select below for between 6-12 hours and over a week, and you cannot deselect the options.

Anstel Brands have been very quick and easy to deal with when I had some slight fault in my product, the replacement part arrived very promptly! Can’t fault customer service - very happy.

I had to deal with them twice because my pram broke twice which is annoying specially when you have twins but they made the process very pleasant, very professional and they always got back to me very quickly. The spare parts arrived in no time.

I can see from our records that your order was shipped within 4 hours of placing your order, so it's clear the delay was with the delivery company, which unfortunately is outside our control.
