“Package has not arrived yet - it was sent over a week ago. Courier seems to have lost it, and I spent an over an hour on hold trying to get through to them. They were not helpful once I actually managed to speak to someone”

I will just mention that your order was placed with us 27 December when we were closed. We reopened on 6 January and your order was shipped the same day.
