“Package has not arrived yet - it was sent over a week ago. Courier seems to have lost it, and I spent an over an hour on hold trying to get through to them. They were not helpful once I actually managed to speak to someone”

Hello Sarah, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We apologise for the less-than-satisfactory experience you've had when placing this order. I will just mention that your order was placed with us 27 December when we were closed. We reopened on 6 January and your order was shipped the same day. Many couriers are experiencing delays at the moment due to ongoing impacts of COVID. However I have raised a query with Couriers Please on your behalf to follow up delivery of this consignment.
