I could not do what I do without Answering Legal. I was swamped and overwhelmed by calls. They stepped in and helped me get back on track. i highly recommend them. They are professional and my clients think they are right in the office with me.

Excellent professional service. Makes managing numerous intake calls possible. I would recommend them to anyone. Gives you a lot of flexibility in your schedule to not have to dive for every call.

We recently switched from an answering service that we had been using for over 10 years to Answering Legal. They do an amazing job and go the extra mile to accommodate whatever requests we make. A simple email will elicit a very prompt response and all of the service reps are knowledgeable, polite and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all of your answering needs.

Very good service. Many callers think they're talking to my secretary. Very fair billing wise. Called me to discuss increasing or reducing my plan depending on recent call volume before charging me which is very much appreciated.

Although I have them answering my phones 24/7, the operators miss between 5-10% of the calls that come in. They frequently spell the caller's name incorrectly. More important though are the calls from Rob when he feels he has to increase the number of minutes in your plan. He is always looking to increase the minutes when your usage goes up, but NEVER has looked to decrease your minutes when your usage goes down. When he increases your usage plan, he will retroactively charge you the higher plan amount for that month.

OK, I've written reviews here before, but don't think I'm a Bot or trying to pad their resume. Or think that way if you want, but this review is real and from the heart. I love this answering service. The folks who answer the phones consistently make me look good. They are courteous, attentive to the details, and most of all personable. I get reviews of my law practice that include how impressed the clients are with my "front office" not knowing that they are dealing with an answering service. And when I receive calls from the receptionists there it is indeed like I am talking with trusted employees who always have my back. I'd give this company and its wonderful employees 10 stars if I could.

Answering Legal has given me the peace of mind to run my law practice knowing that my clients and potential clients are getting personalized attention from a live human being when they call in. What sets this service apart is that they specialize in law firms, so they are more familiar with our terminology and the issues that we handle. Most clients never realize they are not sitting at our front desk.

The service has been far better than callers leaving voicemails. The operator will send an immediate text as to messages, which saves me time, lets me know immediately if it is an emergency or if it can wait, I can immediately text the caller to tell them when I would call them back, and the caller has a better experience than simply getting a voicemail. Although voicemail costs me nothing, the cost of Answering Legal service has been well worthwhile in terms of time saved, efficiencies gained, and customer experience. For a small law firm it is definitely a superior experience than working with frustrating voicemail systems and Answer Legal has done a great job answering and relaying calls for us.
