“I really love their products, but I really hate their shipping policies!! They have a statement that their products will ship within two weeks of order placement, but of the things I’ve ordered, products have not shopped until the 14th day-literally!! Given their shipping fees, I find this ridiculous!!! My last order still has not arrived and I made the purchase a month ago!! We do live in the 21st century; for what possible reason should it take a month for someone to revive a product shipped within the US?? “I ordered a dough bowl. After a week went by and no tracking email , I emailed the company to ask if my bowl had been shipped. The response was very rude and basically said it would ship from the vendor not from them and she let me know the website says it can take 15 days for my item to ship and that I’d be receiving a tracking number within another week. I then replied yes I did miss that and was hoping it didn’t take another whole week just to ship out something in the USA, and I asked who would send the tracking email, them or the vendor. I never heard back again and never got a tracking email and FINALLY the bowl arrived. When I opened the box I had no idea what it was because I never heard back and never got tracking. I hate that! I order a lot online and I always get tracking info. Very UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Won’t order again!!!!!”

Finding an exact match was going to be hard, so I asked if I could just get the shade replaced. I was told they had contacted the manufacturer& a replacement would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. After time to deliver it once sent out you could have waited a month to receive your order. That’s not acceptable to me. I won’t ever order from this company again.”

“I finally found a porch swing I loved (Diamond back white wash swing) and it was on their website, but sold out. I contacted them to see if they would get it back in stock and they told their buyer I had inquired about it. They were able to get it back in stock and they even gave me a courtesy email when they were back in stock. I was able to order the swing! When my swing arrived, the chains broke out of the box they were in and left grey/black marks on the swing. I contacted them explaining I was so happy that my swing arrived, but there were marks due to shipping and they refunded me some of the cost. I’m a satisfied customer and will be ordering more items. There’s very few companies that go above and beyond the way they did for me. Greatly appreciative for their customer service!”
