“Shipping time is a huge negative!!! It’s 2023…I believe they can up their game in this area! Customer service is decent, but could only find email not phone, and the responses are hilariously scripted and condescending… “We understand your excitement to receive your order, but…”HOWEVER, if you can wait 3 weeks, the products are AMAZING and prices seem to be on par or slightly better than other retailers. I ordered 6-7 items and love every piece I received! They are all large and substantial in weight. The “found” pieces look authentic and are great for mixing a touch of old with modern. I will definitely shop there again, but very inconvenient if it’s for a gift, as stated, the shipping time reminds me of the 80’s when COD was a thing and 4-6 weeks delivery was the norm! If they would improve in this area, it would be my new go-to store and would get 5 stars!!!”

I sent Antiquefarmhouse an e-mail, and within minutes was told that they had received it, and that I would get a response. The next day, I received a message from Kim in customer service asking if I would like a refund or a replacement. I sent them a picture, and was told that a new one was being delivered.
