I had to contact customer service about a pillow that said it had been delivered but wasn’t ! I received an answer back immediately witch was corrected right away ! I have bought many items from Antique Farmhouse and have loved everyone of my items ! Quality is very good and reasonably priced ! I will continue to shop with them !

Shipping time is a huge negative!!! It’s 2023…I believe they can up their game in this area! Customer service is decent, but could only find email not phone, and the responses are hilariously scripted and condescending… “We understand your excitement to receive your order, but…”HOWEVER, if you can wait 3 weeks, the products are AMAZING and prices seem to be on par or slightly better than other retailers.

Antiquefarmhouse not only has wonderful products, they also have excellent customer service. The vast majority of the time, my orders arrive in perfect condition, but whenever there have been problems, their employees have been quick to remedy them and have done so in a kind and courteous way. In so many places customer service seems to be dead, but it is alive and well with this company.
