Why are so many of your items not elgibile for returns? If I order something and am not pleased with how it looks in my space, then I'm stuck with it? Despite the pricey price tag? I am very tempted to purchases a 198.00 lamp but your lack of return policy holds me back.

I want to order a lamp which is kinda pricy for me. I just need to know if it comes in damaged will they credit my card. It states all sales final. But that’s a lot of money if is delivered damaged or broken.
I orded the over 6 ft long pair of wall columns on may 4th 19 it is may24 and still have not received them or have received a tracking number.they were paid for so please let me know where they are, I see now they are sold out,....but they Where not when I bought them... Linda Ludeke.
