Great news! We offer a travel frame version of our Voodrop frame that breaks down to 25" x 4" x 6". If you're interested, you can email support@anyvoo.com. That should help take up less space in your apartment.
As for mounting the Voodrop vertically, we don't currently have a way to do that. Thank you for the suggestion, though. We'll keep it in mind for future iterations!

We do have a couple of tips for making your Voodrop full screen:
1) You can move your webcam/computer closer to you so the Voodrop is the recommended 51" from the webcam.
2) You can move the screen closer.
3) Alternatively, you can use an external webcam that has a narrow field of view option such as Logitech 920 or Logitech BRIO.
We make the Voodrop in one specific size in order to maximize how much screen it fills without taking up a lot of space. We know how important it is to be able to utilize your backdrop efficiently without it taking over the whole room!
As for balancing the screen on the tripod, it can be a little tricky to make sure it's centered. Once it is in the middle, though, it should be good to go - the stand and frame were built to work together. They self-level the Voodrop for you!

“I needed a backdrop mainly to use as a green screen and needed it pretty quickly for an upcoming meeting. Anyvoo was quick to turn it around. “The lowest lock-nut on the stand is difficult to tighten sufficiently to keep it from giving way; perhaps an improvement is in order... a levered bolt such as some bicycles have on their front tires or seats should take care of the problem... yes it is a problem, your weakest link”

“This is a little late in coming, but I am so pleased with our Voodrop that I wanted to be sure to leave a review. Due to the pandemic, I was not able to see the voodrop in person until this week. Having participated in meetings where the Voodrop was used by my boss, I can say that it looks really good on camera! Our Voodrop is double-sided with a different logo and background on each side and both look amazing.
Now that I have been able to actually see and use the Voodrop in person, I am so glad I made this purchase for my boss. It is so much easier to use than our step and repeat and looks much, much better. I was able to move and set up the Voodrop and stand from room to room without having to ask for help.
