“Horrible experience. I ordered two cell holders designed for Aston Martin, that actually don't work on my Aston Martin. They just wobble back and forth and are unusable. You refused to refund my money, and after several emails you stopped responding. I threw them away, You basically stole my money. Complete scam.”

“I am not happy at all, I was sent a "bowtie" to be put on a flat surface, in the advertisement it stated that it would go on the front grill. As soon as I got it I knew it wasn't going to fit as the grill has a curve to it the light does not, it goes an a flat surface and it doesn't fit in there.”

“I purchased a set of 4 door sill plates for my 2018 BMW 5 series. fitted the front ones and they worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the rear door sill plates were too small. I contacted the supplier who asked for a picture of the actual car door sill. The picture showed that the sill curved up towards the rear wheel arch. The supplier said that the acrylic door sills could not be bent. Me being me told the supplier not to worry that I would bend them. I gave them the measurements and at no extra charge they sent replacements. I heated them up with a heat gun and bent them to match the car. I then held them in with the curve and allowed them to cool. fitted them and they look amazing, especially at night. Their after-sales are amazing and I would use them again”

“The product I purchased was a battery operated door sill. The door plates are not functioning with the batteries. I have to turn the control box off and then back on for the sills to operate. They operate intermittently but does not stay and illuminate the sills as I had expected. Please advise what I can do to correct this problem.”

Sorry for your confusion, the working mode is: It will light up when the door is opened, and then automatically turn off after displaying all lighting modes in two cycles (the LED door sill panels also turn off as the door closed). It will light up again as the door open. Generally, solid color keep light up for about 1 minute, and 3 minutes for multi color. The duration of the light is proportional to the length of the door sill pedal. The longer the door sill pedal, the longer the light could stay on.
