“Can not fault Aosom customer service; This was a very large & heavy package. The external & internal packaging were damaged and looked as if it had been opened. We reported this to Aosom who offered a partial refund or to replace the product. Once the awning was fitted, there was a slight mark on the underside but nothing some paint won’t correct. The awning has been a godsend with the warmer weather recently and provides a huge amount of shade. Product looks very well made & durable.”
“I don't normally write reviews. But this is a great product and I really cannot fault it. Extra thought has been given to the wind - which I a great fix. It was replacement to another one we had - which was 8 years old - so we had the weights already. Remember you will need to source these separately. And a great price. Delivery good. Good job.”
