“Not heard of this company and was sceptical but so glad I found them. The price was SO competitive for exactly same item I found on a well known high street shop. Lots of tracking updates; well packaged and arrived on time. Highly recommend and have passed the name over to friends.”

“The good things are that the item looks as pictured and that the delivery was within the timeframe given and on the day it was within the timeslot given by the courier.
The bad bits:
1) the aosom page says it is great for the garden - presumably anywhere including in the open. However the brochure with it says "Mount .. in the shelter of the weather". Puzzled by this I looked at the French page which says that it should be installed under an awning.
2) Both on the main page of aosom.co.uk and under the expandable "Features" line it states "Is assembly required? No". NOT TRUE. It comes in 4 pieces with 2 packets of nuts and bolts. The booklet says it will take 30 minutes for 2 people. I am hoping I can do this on my own but I have not yet tried.
3) Most annoying of all while going through the purchase I had a pop-up offering 10% off my first order If I agreed to receive emails advertising other of their products. No specific restrictions were shown. I went through that process and was given a code for the 10%. However when I put that code in I was told that the purchase did not reach the minimum value - the first time I was made aware that there was a minimum value. I was willing to purchase at the price without that discount but Outsunny has lost all my respect as a result.”
“Does what it says sun shade and pole cover holders were very tight as in having to unsticth both ends to get pole though middle ones it went though easy.apart from that it looks ok”
“Excellent seat and cover, very comfortable and waterproof. Looks good on my patio.
The seat cover is rather heavier than I thought it would be . But very substantial.”
“Aesom is OK. No problems with aesom . However the product is badly finished. The wood ends are rough sawn and zi got splinters ine if which became infected. I have sanded the ends and made safe. The product it's self than poor finishing is OK.”
“Unfortunately, this big bag is NOT WATERPROOF. We set it up carefully in a sheltered area of our garden on previously installed slabs and loaded it with all our dry outdoor cushions. We were careful to ensure the zip was fully closed and covered by the protective overlap. As it had rained the following night, my partner checked the bag, and found water in the bottom and some damp cushions. BEWARE

“The planter was so flimsy I could not see how it would hold earth to plant flowers or vegetables. I did not put any screws in and have emailed requesting to return the goods. However I have been informed I will have to arrange my own packaging which would probably cost about as much as the goods. Not at all happy about my purchase and I definitely will not be shopping with Aasom again”
“I WAS ABOUT TO GIVE THE MAX *S BUT IT WAS A PAIN IN THE BUTT TO PUT TOGETHER AS THE BACK OF THE SEAT DID NOT ALIGN WITH THE HINGES, ALMOST THOUGHT TO RETURN IT AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE . TOOK 3 PEOPLE TO PUT TOGETHER, DAD HAD TO USE A TOOLKIT AND WAS GETTING TIRED ANNOYED FED UP. IT TAKES TOO MUCH EFFORT AND ENERGY TO DO SO, THE MANUALS NEVER MAKE ANY SENSE, SIMILAR TO THE MOSQUITO AROMATHERAPY FAN THAT I BOUGHT FROM THERE BUT SIMILAR REVIEW TO SAY FOR THAT TOO. I AM ONLY WRITING THIS NOW AS I GOT AN EMAIL THAT I'LL GET £5 COUPON FOR DOING SO. IT IS A NICE STYLISH CHAIR THAT LOOKS DESIGNER AND COSTLY. GOOD VALUE. THE BOTTOM OF IT AND THE STOOL ARE BETTER THAN THE OLD CHAIR THAT IT REPLACED FROM IKEA WHICH IS A SIMILAR LOOK. I LIKE THIS LIGHT GREY COLOUR AS IT MAKES IT STAND OUT AND LOOK MORE COSTLY THAN USUAL BLACK OR BROWN THAT THEY HAD BACK IN THE DAY. IT ALMOST LOOKS LIKE ITALIAN LEATHER. IT IS COMFY AND STURDY. THIS WAS THE CHEAPEST SITE TO BUY IT AFTER USING COUPERT TO LOOK, AS GET COUPONS AND POINTS ETC. QUICK DELIVERY. IF IT WASN'T FOR THE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE INSTALLATION, WOULD'VE GIVEN IT 5/5 BUT THIS IS AS NICE AS I CAN BE NOW. OVERALL IT DOES LOOK NICE BUT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT TOGETHER, NOT FOR WEAKLINGS. I WOULD'VE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PUT IT TOGETHER ON MY OWN AT ALL, NO WAY.”
