“Helpful website and excellent service including delivery. The frame is a bit flimsy and a little disappointing but with some tweeks will do the job. Probably quite expensive as the quality is not as good as expected.”
“Lovely comfy chairs, but not the colour it's described, it was ment to be a brown colour (wanted to match my bar stools) . They were a grey colour, no where near the colour I was expecting. Disappointed in Colour but lovely chairs.”
“Received a previously returned product, red quality control label stated this on outer box. Couldn't use keyboard tray as runners were previously put together incorrectly and I can guess this was why it was returned. Heads on some screws broke off when fitting. Melamine where the monitor stand attached was broken, cracked and loose.
Why sell on second-hand/returned products? The quality control label may have confirmed all contents were still enclosed but nobody checked if those contents worked or were of satisfactory quality to sell on!
I won't be purchasing again!”
“Plastic flimsier than picture…. Very light, we have anchored it to wall and put wooden base round it for support… end opposite door has no brace for across the back… not holding breath as will see how long it lasts…”
