“Great value. Solid, easy to build and plenty of storage. Minus one mark as it does bow slightly when full of cushions which means the lid doesn’t quite stay flush, but it remained waterproof in the recent downpours so still happy!”
“The wrong colour was sent of the bistro set. Also promptly arranged for it to be collected and was collected a day early and a replacement was sent. It’s a lovely set except a lot of the screw holes didn’t line up and took a lot longer to put together. Efficient customer service”
“Haven't used it as yet but it looks great .especially the hight of the legs . Makes it easier to get on it .The only problem was the instructions about fitting the 2 clips and the rope which we still can't work out but at least we have now got the clips on .would still recommend it for value and quality”
“Came in time it said. There were a few parts of the structure where some of the wood had split but seeing how my daughter had built it for me as a surprise I couldn't contact customer services about it and I think I will be able to disguise it.
It is still a good sturdy bench so very pleased”
“Relatively simple to put up but needed minimum of 2 people and step ladders as it's much taller than I thought! However the instructions were a challenge, just pictures for you to interpret which meant a few screws had to be moved when put incorrectly.
Overall though it looks amazing, quality seems good and the value for money is excellent!”
