Overalls it is light but the quality is decent and it looks good.
The instructions are good (I found only one typo mistake in detailed numbering but that's all), and must be prepared to spend at least 6-8 hours to assembly, especially for one person.
If you want to add some stability and rigidity with the plastic panels, you must not escape the last few steps to add silicone and screws to secure them firmly. Silicone is not provided and for the screws you need a electric screwdriver.
The only thing I found odd is that the roof window is not secured in placed and was movinh left-right freely. This was solved with some silicone on either side of the window base.
Also if you use an existing base, like me, to install it on it, then you need to find a way to attach it, otherwise can be moved easily (it is light)”

Perfect for my requirements and great i can have my big shot, cutting board etc next to me and just the right height for me. Grandchildren visiting over Easter, so will be brilliant to have everything packed away and their beds will still fit.”
