Only down side of this rail is the top comes away from the bottom in the middle if your not carful when moving it .think rather than slotted in think a screw to secure it would be much better”

“Before purchasing I measured the area I wanted to put this fire place in. It was perfect. However, when I tried to put it in the desired space it wouldn't fit. There is like 1mm of plastic covering over the actual top, this was not included in the measurements. When I contacted customer services they refused to pay for my return and sent numerous emails which were very unhelpful. In the end I gave up and started using the electric fire. Then I was sent another email saying I could return it, which was too late now as I had opened it. This was my first and last purchase with Aosom. The electric fire works well and looks very nice.”
