“This Outsunny set looks great on my patio but there were times when I was assembling it when I got very frustrated! The feet I found the hardest to fix into place. But now that it is all finished, it looks great and my daughter is always lounging on it.”
“Basically it does what it claims.....quite fiddly to construct but once together it is a solid structure......If only the instructions were printed on a larger format it would have made everything soooo much easier.”

“The quality of this product is mixed due to poor quality during manufacture. It is possibly suitable for areas of now strong winds or heavy rains. This is due to the supply of what can only be described as a Mecano set. Screws are poorly sized. In areas self tapping which after fitting later fixtures require tge removal and refitting of the self tapper which is now in an oversized hole due to the adding of further sheets. The sheet body is thiner than cardboard tea box. I do not expect this product to last tge winter and will unfortuatly need to use the manufacturer's warranty as the sold it to someone who lives in Scotland that's assuming it's still present in the backdoor.”
“I ordered a 3x6 m pop up tent, it arrived in good time but it was damaged. I contacted Aosom and requested a return and replacement. Ella was very helpfull and sent a replacement, but requested that I dispose of the faulty one because it would pose a hazard, which I responded to by taking to my local recycle centre. The replacement looked ok but I have not tried it yet due to bad weather. All in all I am pleased with the way Aosom dealt with me. 10/10”
