“Great value, great product. I weight 220lbs and I keep it on slow mode which is about 11mph. I just finished a 5.7 mile ride and ahve 58% battery left. It was my 2nd ride. “I bought this for my daughter who is a short 11 year old. I was afraid that it would be too big and heavy for her but it’s perfect. It’s the perfect size and weight and goes the perfect speed. She uses it on the highest speed, but it’s nice that it has 3 settings. It’s also nice that you’re not required to have the app to use the scooter.”

“The customer service is appalling, I sent off my faulty scooter to be repaired in May, I still have not got it back. I have sent 6 or 7 emails requesting an update since June they have deliberately ignored me. I have had my faulty scooter for less than 1 year. I have asked for a refund and they have said it is older than 30 days, if I knew this I would never have bought it from this company. Also I believe the reviews are fake. Let's see when you have a problem.”
