“I bought an Aovopro ES80 on Amazon, loved it, although the tires could be better. The problem is the charger quit working after about 4 months. So I decided I would just get a new charger. I had a very hard time trying to find one then I googled aovopro.com finally I found the charger I wanted, but they were out of stock. As I was looking customer service popped up asking if they could help. I selected "parts replacement" and the first question they asked me is if I bought the scooter from them or another place. I said another place and they said sorry they cannot help me. What kind of services is that? I guess they don't sell anything to anyone unless originally bought something from them. I don't understand. What kind of business would not want to sell something to you just because you didn't originally buy from them. I bought their product, what difference does it make where I bought it from. Just hope I can find a charger soon. I miss my scooter”

“I had bought the scooter last year in September for my son. Worked fine until the control boards failed. From that time onwards everything went wrong. The company keep sending me parts to fix but won’t want to fix it. Secondly when I said the bolts holding the handle to be opened to replace the board are stripped and when expressed to them they said to figure it out. Now I am not a mechanic and although it has 2 year warranty and it explicitly saysOur warranty policy lasts 2 years, the warranty will be fulfilled in the form of repair or free parts. Please contact us if your scooter have any problems. We will solve all problems in following steps:
1. Ship repair parts to you if the problem can be resolved by yourself. We will help you online.
2. Return to our repair center for complicated problems, we will cover the shipping cost if it is our responsibility. 3. If it is damaged during use, we will provide paid repair services.
so they won’t pay for the service and won’t replace the scooter as well. So I am now sitting with a scooter which doesn’t work and company who is not responding to our emails at all. Poor communication skills and a company which is not standing on their own warranty obviously not fair
I am not expecting this company to even respond but I am writing to let people know not to buy because of 2 year warranty

“scooter. Out of 3 scooters I've tried from different brands, the ESMAX is my favorite given its performance and features for the price. It goes to 22mph as advertised, has wider tires than its competitors to make it more stable, tires are also sealed air filled so the ride is more comfortable, has front and rear suspension to eat up the road bumps, has good battery life, and it's build quality is noticeably more substantial than the other 2 I've tried. Will be recommending Aovopro to others!”
“Horrendous, horrendous customer service, I’ve been waiting for a new wheel/motor since June. I get short emails saying they will ‘urge the warehouse’ and nothing else and that’s if they even respond, it’s been over two months now. I even emailed the repair shop they use in the UK in desperation and the chap said all the parts were stuck in customs! These scooters are great when working but honestly think twice as if anything goes wrong I think you’re talking to an AI, not a real person. Awful”
