Delivery and payment ok and on time.
This is my first scooter and it is as good as I could expect it to be.
CONS:
Black colour is a dark grey in reality.
The folding mechanism needed some readjustment to work.
The scooter had some mud inside and little signs of wear and tear. Either it was repackaged or not treated very well during the manufacturing.
Invoice without country taxes.
Manufacturer has not provided a technical data sheet which is requested to bring always with the rider by Spanish law .”
“I bought an Aovopro ES80 on Amazon, loved it, although the tires could be better. The problem is the charger quit working after about 4 months. So I decided I would just get a new charger. I had a very hard time trying to find one then I googled aovopro.com finally I found the charger I wanted, but they were out of stock. As I was looking customer service popped up asking if they could help. I selected "parts replacement" and the first question they asked me is if I bought the scooter from them or another place. I said another place and they said sorry they cannot help me. What kind of services is that? I guess they don't sell anything to anyone unless originally bought something from them. I don't understand. What kind of business would not want to sell something to you just because you didn't originally buy from them. I bought their product, what difference does it make where I bought it from. Just hope I can find a charger soon. I miss my scooter”
