The store felt rushed, especially on busy days, and nothing was priced in-store—understandable if prices fluctuate, but having clear pricing would make shopping much easier. Despite this, the staff were very handy, and I would still recommend the store. Just be prepared for longer waits, particularly if you’re traveling from the Gold Coast like I did.”

“I purchased a PSE Compound Bow from Apex. A great bow! However, after several weeks of use the bow string broke at the peep sight whilst at full draw, causing major damage/issues with the bow. The Apex Team members were absolutely fantastic. They quickly organised warrantee replacement parts from PSE USA; they rebuilt and retuned the bow, and then they shipped it to my front door in North Queensland. During that time i was kept totally informed of what was going on with the bow. I have never experienced better after sale customer service in my lifetime of 62 years. I could not believe the help i received, nor could my hunting mates. They could not do enough for me. I do not hesitate in recommending Apex Hunting for all your hunting gear.
