“The purchasing bit was easy to complete and stock is simple enough to locate. However, not being a "registered member" makes it very difficult to follow up on back order items.
In saying that, once the items came into stock, the catch up and dispatch happened quite quickly.

Had a concern with bow and when I called service seemed very blunt and not that responsive to my questions or concerns.
Overall a bit of an underwhelming experienc this time around.”
