My latest order wasn't even posted until 3 weeks after purchase without so much as an email. The bloke on the phone was pleasant and good to deal with but couldn't fix these problems. The products are great and I would love to shop with apex more but I cringe when I'm forced to shop with apex because it's always a hassle.”
“Very pleased with the kids archery gift set I ordered, (hopefully) will have one ecstatic nephew on Christmas. My only gripe however is it would’ve been presented better if the gift set actually came in a gift box sort of thing rather than the individual bits thrown together and bubble wrapped up and sent, but aside from that it looks good”
