“I needed a document that had to be obtained from Home Affairs in South Africa and apostilled. Within 8 weeks, despite Covid and the Christmas holidays, DHL just delivered my document safely to me in Malta. “I am based in Cape Town and required several documents to be reviewed and go through the DIRCO apostille process in Pretoria. The process was efficient, as the Apostil team received my couriered documents close to a DIRCO appointment date and I had my documents back within 2 weeks. The team is professional, communication is efficient and my sensitive documents were handled with care.”

“Having moved to the Netherlands I discovered I needed an apostilled birth certificate as part of my citizen registration with the municipality and had 3 months to get it. Apostil.co.za did this within the time frame and kept me updated all the way through. Cannot recommend them enough! Saved me a huge headache having to deal with the South African authorities and embassy!”

“I dealt with Cherese from Apostil. I required an unabridged birth certificate. The turn around time was given as 4 to 12 weeks. I decided to work on the worst case and expected 12 weeks. But sure as day, it took exactly four weeks from application date to receiving the certificate. Well done for fast and efficient service.”
