“Service was extremely good. They kept me updated each step of the process and I received the documents in the estimated timeframe. It's the first time that I used their services and I would highly recommend them. It does cost a bit, especially if you require documents urgently, but the money is worth it as the professionalism and speed was excellent.”

“Excellent, professional service from a trustworthy company. I was a bit concerned paying upfront for a service that deals with Home Affairs. Despite the lag over the Christmas period, our document was issued in about 8 weeks and sent timeously via courier to us. Cherese answered emails promptly and we were alerted when the DHA had provided our document to Apostil. I can fully recommend the company and thank them for being top notch.”

“Needed to apply for a South African Police Clearance Certificate from ABROAD and thanks to apostil.co.za, I got the certificate within 15 working days, as promised. While there are many companies out there offering this service, apostil.co.za is providing great service at a better price point (some companies were requesting much more money for a similar turnover time). I also have to thank Deirdre for following my application closely and for her prompt response to my queries.”

“Apostil is THE BEST service in South Africa regarding assistance with documents from Home Affairs, Dirco etc! My husband needed his unabridged birth certificate, police clearance, Apostille for both; and retention of citizenship docs. All the documents were delivered in a short amount of time and the service was outstanding. Many thanks to Lerato Motlodi for her kind and professional assistance, and to the whole Apostil staff. “When Loadshedding took my remote job I was very lucky to find another one quickly, but what soon became apparent was that I needed to get a Visa sorted and fast before I was in the same situation as again. It didn't help to find out that apostilled police clearance can sometimes take months and months to get. That's why I sought out Apostil's services, who expedited the process and essentially fast-tracked my entire Visa. I am incredibly grateful and I highly suggest you use their services to help fast-track your PCCs in the future!”

“I have been Extremely impressed with the team at Apostil especially Cherene. She has been in constant communication with me. No question went unanswered and it was immediate. I would recommend her service and rate it as excellent.
