“The 24 hour helpline meant that I could call them up when I encountered issues with setting up my phone and they were able to help me in resolving the issue relatively quickly”
“Apple used to provide great products which were simple to use and fairly decent in price. Now, the company that once put customer satisfaction as the top priority, only thinks of profit, changing USB sockets, chargers, headphone jacks, etc. to only work for their own products. This means in order to use third party products (headphones) you have to buy extra products, meaning more pricey things to buy. That is not customer satisfaction, is it?”
“I ordered an iPhone case described as "Leather" from Apple at around £40. When I collected and took it home it was a standard plastic holder with perhaps the thinest skin of leather I have ever seen and no flap to cover the face of my iPhone. Got my money back but appalling description, absurd price and pretty much useless”
“Try and phone to book an appointment almost impossible and when you do get through customer care passes you on to another lengthy wait good products but is it worth the hassle.”
